Navon Daniel Caplan has been married to his wife, Bess, since 2018.

 

They have been separated for over 3 years, since 2021, and Navon is still refusing to give Bess a get, leaving her an agunah.

A psak was issued by the Israeli Rabbinical Court stating that Navon is obligated to issue a divorce.
