Joseph Sacks has been married to his wife, Aliza, since 2001.

 

They have been separated for over a year, since 2023, and Joseph is still refusing to give Aliza a get, leaving her an agunah.

 

 

A p'sak was issued against Joseph, for failing to come adjudicate the get, from the Beth Din of America.
