Paul Mimoun has been married to his wife, Roksana, since 2011.

 

They have been separated for over four years, since 2019, and Paul is still refusing to give Roksana a get, leaving her an agunah.

A p'sak of harchakot De'Rabbeinu Tam was issued against Paul, for failing to arrange for the get, from the Beth Din of America.
